An important message to our community

The Zenith Water team believe that getting vaccinated is one of the most effective tools we have to restrict the spread of COVID-19. Our priority remains to support efforts to restrict the spread of COVID-19, we continue to believe it is vital that we all do our part to protect the health and wellbeing of our Whānau, team, customers, and communities.
Accordingly, Zenith Heaters Ltd. has created a policy that outlines our practices. The following outlines what we will require visitors to our office and our employees to do whilst we remain in the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights).
At Red
- Only fully vaccinated essential contractors will be able to enter our premises.
- Only fully vaccinated Zenith Water Service Technicians will visit client premises to install and repair products as necessary.
At Orange and Green
- All visitors to the Zenith Water office MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- We will ask you to demonstrate your vaccination status by sharing a copy of your vaccine passport on arrival, failure to produce a valid vaccine passport will mean you cannot gain access to our premises.
- We will also need you to scan-in using the COVID tracer app.
- All deliveries to and collections from our warehouse MUST be pre-arranged, scanning in, appropriate physical distancing measures and masks are mandatory.
- All fully vaccinated Zenith Water Service Technicians and Sales Representatives can visit client premises, ensuring we also comply with your requirements.
Our COVID policy is designed to provide our people and visitors with a similar level of health, safety and wellbeing as that in our community.
