An important message to our community

The New Zealand Government recently announced that Auckland will remain at Alert Level 4 for at least another 2 weeks, areas south of the Auckland boundary will move to Alert Level 3 at 11:59pm on Tuesday 31st August, and Northland will remain at Alert Level 4 until at least 11:59pm on Thursday 2nd September.
 
As the Zenith Water office is in West Auckland, we appreciate that there may be some complexity in working out what product can be supplied to which customers.
 
Product Orders:
For customers that remain at Alert Level 4, we remain available on an on-call basis to support any essential services required during this time including contactless delivery, or collection of products and spare parts. This assumes that these products are required to support essential services. For customers located in Alert Level 3 areas, we confirm we are available to dispatch ALL products to you with contactless delivery via our logistics partners
 
Service:
For customers that remain at Alert Level 4, we are unable to provide on-site services for Zenith Water products. If you require technical support for your Zenith Water product, contact us for assistance.
 
For customers located in Alert Level 3 areas, we may be able to provide on-site services for Zenith Water products dependent on the availability of resources within your area. If you require service for your Zenith Water product, contact us to discuss options.
