Can I purchase installation directly with Zenith?

Yes! Our technicians and regional service providers are installation experts and experienced in handling all aspects of HydroTap.


How much does it cost?

You can view the cost here. Premium installation includes commissioning and sanitisation of the system and if required, font installation. Font is sold separately.

Our service is available within 50km Auckland City Centre (from Warkworth to Hamilton), and for customers within 20km of Wellington and Christchurch City Centres. Please contact us for availability in other areas.


How do I book Zenith HydroTap certified installation?

If you purchased your HydroTap in-store without adding installation, you can purchase it online here.

Any HydroTap purchases direct from our website, you will have the option to add certified installation at checkout.



Is Zenith HydroTap installation available for residential or commercial properties?

Both! Zenith HydroTap certified installation is available for residential and commercial HydroTap products and locations.

How long does installation take?
 
Zenith HydroTap certified installation can take up to two hours. But the service technician can inform you of their progress while on-site.

What is included with installation?
 
Zenith HydroTap certified installation includes commissioning and sanitisation of the system and/or font installs. Font is sold separately.

Does Zenith guarantee the quality of service?
 
Our install team are certified, qualified, and licensed to carry out all aspects of maintenance and care for HydroTap.
