This website is operated by Zenith Heaters Limited (we, us or our), a member of the Zip group of companies. These terms of use (the Terms) apply to your access and use of our website (and any of its subdomains) (the Sites) and must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Please read the Terms carefully. By accessing and using any of the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you should immediately discontinue accessing and using the Sites. We may change these Terms from time to time, without notice, so please ensure that you review the Terms regularly.

You may decide to sign up to purchase certain products and/or services provided by us or any of our affiliates from the Sites. Our rights

Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or otherwise at law, if we believe, in our sole opinion, that you have breached these Terms, we may, at any time:

suspend, cancel or limit your ability to access all or any of the Sites;
issue a warning to you and warn other users of your actions;
disclose your identity, and any other information we hold about you, to any law enforcement authority, if we believe this would assist to prevent the commission of any crime against a person or persons; and/or

Emails and Newsletters

If you register on any of our Sites from time to time, we or our affiliates may send you emails and newsletters relating to those Sites, and to promote and market our products and/or services or those of our affiliates to you. These communications will contain clear and obvious instructions for how you can unsubscribe from the mailing list, insofar as it relates to non-service-related communications.

The Sites may be accessed from countries outside of New Zealand and may contain references to products and/or services that are not promoted or available in those countries. If you access any of the Sites from locations outside New Zealand you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
